Stacy is one of the firm’s paralegals and works with our clients in handling their mandatory disclosure and discovery responsibilities. She works in conjunction with each of our attorneys to provide exceptional legal support for our clients, bringing to the team an unparalleled eye for detail and an enthusiasm for continually improving the client experience through their family law process.
Stacy moved from Georgia and joined the firm in 2022. She brings over 11 years of experience as a paralegal, finding her real passion in family law. She is naturally inquisitive and enjoys utilizing her analytical and critical thinking skills to provide detailed support to attorneys and clients. She has worked for firms in Missouri, Georgia, and now Florida.
As a part of NLG, Stacy supports attorneys and clients through the gathering of information, facts, and evidence; engages in client conversations; communicates with courts and other legal firms; and provides foundational support in preparing for a trial and/or hearing. Her ability to help clients navigate through an often overwhelming process with compassion and understanding is one of the most rewarding aspects of her job. Stacy truly understands what the firm’s clients are experiencing, as she went through a four-year, highly-contested divorce with minor children which ended in 2014.
In August 2022, Stacy moved to Tampa with her husband, Kevin, and began working as a paralegal with NLG. In addition to having a blended family of four children, a daughter-in-law, and one grandchild (with another due in early 2023), Stacy and Kevin have two dogs, one cat, and a blue-and-gold Macaw. She loves the Florida weather, spending the day at the beach or by the pool, and having an active lifestyle.
