Meet Briana

Briana received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a minor in Psychology at Florida Gulf Coast University. After graduating from Florida Gulf Coast, Briana moved to Tampa Briana moved to Tampa in 2019 to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school, Briana was an Associate Editor of Law Review and was awarded four Certificates of Merit in various courses for her exceptional performance.

Briana Pearson has always been passionate about helping others navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2022, Briana has devoted her practice exclusively to marital and family law. She takes pride in guiding clients through emotionally complex situations with compassion, clarity, and care. Whether resolving disputes amicably or advocating in court, Briana is driven by the goal of achieving the best possible outcomes for every client.

Outside of work, Briana enjoys spending time with her husband, Hunter, and their two beloved dogs, Tank and Big Black. A self-proclaimed Tampa foodie, she loves exploring the city’s culinary scene, as well as boating, traveling, and immersing herself in Tampa’s vibrant community.
